Company/Partnership Formations

We are always pleased to meet promoters of new businesses to discuss with them the appropriate structure for their proposed activities.

We help and advise clients on partnership arrangements, including Limited Liability Partnerships, and company formations. This will often include suggestions on management structures, banking and finance, shareholdings and shareholders' agreements and accounting and control procedures.

We can also give advice to directors and company secretaries on their obligations under the Companies Acts.

We will arrange the formation of new companies and will deal with VAT, PAYE and Corporation Tax issues at inception and, where applicable, also assist with registration with regulatory bodies.

Thereafter we will, on behalf of management, deal with routine company secretarial compliance matters and provide the company's Registered Office.
